NivasFolio looks after homes the way a good family accountant looks after money: calmly, precisely, and with everything on record.
We are run by Assetra Global Pvt Ltd, an Ahmedabad firm that keeps the books for businesses. Owning several homes is a business too, and it deserves the same care.
Families in Ahmedabad often own three, five or more homes: flats in Shela and Satellite, a bungalow, a shop or two. Each comes with a tenant, an agreement, a rent date and a list of small jobs. Kept in someone's head, things slip.
We built NivasFolio to take that load off. Our team does the work on the ground; our own software keeps every payment, document and message on record, so nothing depends on memory.
